- Cancelled – Your order has been canceled due to unforeseen reasons.
- Order Placed – Your order was successfully placed. Our team will confirm it within 24 hours.
- Order Confirmed – Your order has been confirmed and is now being prepared for shipment.
- Order Shipped – Your package has been handed over to our courier for delivery.
- Order Delivered – Your order has been successfully delivered to the provided address.
- Products Reviewed – You have submitted a review based on your product experience.
- Refunded / Returned – Your order has been returned or refunded as per your request.

To submit a complaint regarding a delivered order, follow these simple steps:
- Enter your Order Number or Tracking ID in the “Order Tracking” section.
- Click on the “Complaint” button next to the order you’re concerned about.
- Choose the type of complaint:
- Damaged Product
- Incomplete Order
- Need to Exchange
- Want to Return
- Select the specific product(s) you’re filing a complaint for.
- Choose the reason for your complaint from the dropdown list.
- Add any additional notes in the complaint text box.
- Upload relevant evidence (e.g., invoice, product photo, packaging image).
- Click “Submit Complaint” to generate a complaint number.
- Our support agent will contact you within 24 working hours to verify and proceed with your complaint.
